Nesting

Michelle White recently traded in her big city apartment for a cute little cottage in Berkeley. She has rekindled her love of nature while exploring the trails that wind through these plush, low laying hills. This show uses these inspirations in varying ways. From her use of heavy line work to replicate twisted bark of ancient tree trunks to whimsical lighter pieces playing with color and lighthearted wildlife scenes. She has purposely limited her work to smaller pieces for this show so that they can live on as accents to your own interpretation of the world around you.
